  • 30 Day Return / Exchange Policy

Returns:
Our return policy on all our non-custom products lasts 30 days and applies to domestic orders only. Custom order holsters / accessories are Non-Refundable. To process your exchange/return, you must have a Return Authorization number.  Please email us at info@soft-armor.com to request an RA.  Returns Sent Without an RA# Will NOT be processed. All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was due to a mistake on our part

Exchanges:
If you receive your holster and find that it does not fit properly, you can request an exchange for a different size if it is done within 30 days.  Please email us at info@soft-amor.com to request an exchange. 

Refunds:
Full refunds will be issued for items returned in Like New, re-sellable condition. Any items returned that are not in new, re-sellable condition will not be refunded. Like new condition is defined as the same condition the product arrived to you when you removed it from the original packaging.
